Can all clubs mention this request at opening day, that "the Angus County Bowling Association are looking for any Gents willing to compete at county level in the upcoming "Andrew Hamilton Trophy" campaign, even if not selected for your bowling clubs Angus league team, we are inviting all Gents with a desire to compete in competitive bowls to attend trials on the 19th at Abbey bc and 26th at the Hill bc in April, details are on the Angus BA web site."

County Trials 19th/26th April 2026

Dear Current, Former and Future County Players. 
The Angus Bowling Association would like to personally invite all those above to attend the Trials on the 19/26th April 2026. The trials will be run at the Abbey Bowling Club on the 19th April and at Arbroath Bowling Club on the 26th April which is hoped will be against City of Dundee for the Andrew Clark Trophy.
Timings for both the Trials are as follows:
Under 25's - 10am         County - 2pm
